4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds are only available for cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled inspection time. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.

While we strive to provide accurate inspection reports, we cannot guarantee complete accuracy due to varying conditions and accessibility of vehicles.

6. Limitation of Liability

CheckAnyCar shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
